Hi, I’m Terri-Ann, the person behind Home Help for Her.
I started Home Help for Her because I genuinely enjoy helping people and making everyday life a little easier. Sometimes it’s the simple things — having a tidy home, getting the washing folded, preparing a meal, running an errand, or just having an extra pair of hands — that can make a real difference to your day.
Over the years, I’ve gained experience in aged care, personal care, community support, cleaning, customer service and hospitality, which has taught me the importance of being reliable, respectful and understanding of each person’s individual needs.

Home Help for Her is based in Manly West and services selected surrounding suburbs. If you’re unsure whether I can come to your area, please get in touch and ask.
Can I book regular help?
Yes. You can arrange regular weekly or fortnightly assistance, depending on availability. One-off bookings may also be available.
Can I choose which jobs I need help with?
Absolutely. The service is designed to be flexible. We can discuss your priorities and agree on what you’d like me to help with during your booking.
Do I have to be home during the service?
This can be discussed when arranging your booking. For new clients, I like to meet you first so we can talk about what you need and make sure you’re comfortable with the arrangements.
Do you provide personal care or medical services?
Home Help for Her focuses primarily on practical home help, companionship and everyday support. Any specialised personal care, nursing or medical services should be discussed separately to make sure the appropriate type of support is provided.
Do you bring cleaning products and equipment?
Please ask when arranging your booking so we can agree on what products and equipment will be used for your service.
How do I make a booking?

What if I need to cancel or change my booking?
I understand that plans sometimes change. Please give as much notice as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel. Formal cancellation terms can be provided when you book.
